He's done it for years but I usually ground tie him and never have the camera to capture the moment but I happened to have it today so here it is. Why you should never turn your back on Hamish ...
Gertie went home today so now we cross fingers and toes that we get a happy phone call or email from Sarah and Dave in the coming weeks to say she's 'with child'. Hooty has her 16 day scan on Friday so we are all really hopeful that she is in foal too as I think Ata's human mum is pretty keen to get the two of them home. The foals are both growing well and everyone is happy and healthy. Meg, Maxi, Portia, Saffy, Hamish, Robbie, Paddy and Bree have all had their feet trimmed in the last week and Rory, Reilly and Twinkle are due a tidy up in the coming days. I think that's all for now.
Hereditary habit - his son unties himself too the cheeky little git LOL.
ReplyDeleteNaughty Hamish, my old fella does the same but then bolts off (giggling).
ReplyDeleteWhat a clever chap! He didn't go charging off though did he! :D
ReplyDeleteHe just stood in front of me shaking the leadrope at me! Toad!
